Undecylenic Acid is a high-purity unsaturated C11 fatty acid produced by pyrolysis of castor oil derivatives. It possesses excellent antifungal, antibacterial and surface-active properties while also serving as an important intermediate in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural and specialty chemical industries.
